These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Nextdoor Sneakerz website, products, and services, including sneaker cleaning, sneaker resale purchases, and all communication channels (including SMS, email, and automated notifications).

By accessing our website or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

1. USE OF THE WEBSITE

You agree to use the website for lawful purposes and not to engage in any activity that:

  • violates local, state, or federal laws

  • interferes with website functionality

  • attempts to access unauthorized systems

  • misuses content, intellectual property, or branding

You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases or submit orders.

2. PRODUCTS & SERVICES

A. Sneaker Sales (New, Used, or Refreshed Pairs)

We sell new, lightly used, and refreshed sneakers. Condition is described as accurately as possible, but:

  • All sales are final unless an item is proven not as described.

  • Colors may appear slightly different due to lighting or screens.

  • Sizes are based on manufacturer labels; fit is not guaranteed.

  • Customer is responsible for reviewing item condition and details before purchase.

B. Sneaker Cleaning / Restoration Services

By submitting a pair for cleaning or restoration, you acknowledge that:

  • Wear, age, glue failure, or material breakdown may limit results.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, manufacturer defects, or structural deterioration.

  • Results vary depending on material, age, and condition.

  • We do not guarantee full restoration or stain removal.

C. Local Pickup / Drop-Off Service

Pickup and drop-off are available only in select ZIP codes. Customers must ensure accurate addresses and availability for service windows.

3. ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

All online sneaker purchases require:

  • Accurate shipping information

  • Successful payment authorization

  • Agreement to shipping timelines and fees

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)

  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered by the customer

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier marks the package as delivered.

4. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Sneaker Purchases:

All sneaker sales are final, except when:

  • The wrong product is shipped

  • The item is materially different from the description

In such cases, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may also use aggregated or de-identified data for analytics, advertising, and performance optimization.

Sneaker Cleaning Services:

Cleaning services are non-refundable once performed.

If you believe an error occurred, contact us so we may evaluate the issue.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website—including logos, text, images, graphics, and product photography—is the property of Nextdoor Sneakerz or used with permission.

You may not:

We do not guarantee:

  • specific cleaning or restoration outcomes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nextdoor Sneakerz is not liable for:

  • direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • loss of profits, data, or business

  • damage to sneakers caused by age, material breakdown, or pre-existing defects

  • carrier delays or lost packages

  • customer misuse, improper care, or failure to follow instructions

In all cases, our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.

8. SMS COMMUNICATIONS

By providing your phone number at checkout or through any form on our website, you consent to receive:

  • Order confirmations

  • Shipping updates

  • Appointment reminders

  • Marketing and promotional texts

  • Abandoned cart reminders
